We’re delighted to announce that Ideal has now achieved ISO 14001, as part of our ongoing commitment to drive environmental improvements.
This follows the achievement of ISO 9001:2015 which highlights our commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction and demonstrates the existence of an externally audited quality management system.
What is ISO 14001?
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for the environmental management of businesses, prescribing controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment.
It sets out requirements for an environmental management system, enabling organisations to put in place an environmental policy and objectives that take into account relevant legal and other requirements.

Achieving ISO 14001 has long been one of our major objectives, as part of our commitment to sustainability. This challenge has required significant investment and a positive commitment from our entire production team at Ideal HQ. We are delighted to have achieved this standard, and we are currently planning further improvements.
